Nick Diaz and GSP fought last night
GSP out-struck Nick on the feet.. controlled the
takedowns and dominated position on the ground
At NO point in the fight was Nick in a better
position than GSP
Nick Diaz Excuses
And rather than say he lost and he needs to work
on his wrestling (like Carlos Condit did)
He chose to blame his camp
The flight to Canada
GSPs gloves
His management
His training partners
The fact he’s never payed taxes
Etc Etc Etc

At no point did he take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
for the outcome
This is bad because
1. No one likes excuses
2. If you don’t accept responsibility for losses
then you can never be in CONTROL of your success
Here’s what I mean
Nick Diaz is a talented fighter if outside forces you can’t control are “causing you to lose” then you can’t change the outcome
It’s easy to live in a fantasy world where everything is
somebody else’s fault
But at what point does one STEP UP and take responsibility
for their own life?
When does one step up and say?
THIS IS MY LIFE AND IM GOING TO DO SOMETHING
ABOUT IT.. *I* AM IN CHARGE!
If you take responsibility for your life you also take control
of your success
Its VERY EMPOWERING but its easier to blame outside
forces and give that power away to things you can’t control
If you learn anything from watching Nick and GSP fight I hope
you see the difference between someone who takes responsibility
and someone who blames others
If Nick doesn’t like his camp or his training partners or his coach
or his manager or the UFC or anything else…
NO BODY IS MAKING HIM DO THOSE THINGS
He can change them at any time and to blame poor results
on things YOU CAN change is childish
He’s not a baby he doesn’t have to stay at his camp
Nobody’s making him fight in UFC
It isn’t GSPs fault the rules are the way they are
If the rules were Pride rules GSP would have finished
Nick with knees to the head from front headlock on
the ground
But its EASIER to live a life of DENIAL and BLAME OTHERS
than it is to MAN UP and take responsibility for your life
Yesterday I sent out an email about a St Pattys Day Sale
And I gave an 80% discount to RichFIghter to the
first 5 people to take action right now
Those 5 STEPPED UP and took responsibility for their life
They didn’t make excuses
They didnt blame their boss
Or the economy
Or they mom and dads raising them
Or the news
Or anything else
They said… ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
Im not going to take it any more
TODAY is THE DAY I change my life
They made A DECISION
They took the power away from the outside world
AND THEY HARNESSED IT
Now THEY have the power the responsibility is on THEM
And when THEY SUCCEED they can OWN their success
It wont be luck or good genes or a rich family or a good job
or a chance or a lucky break
THEY TOOK ACTION
Do you see how powerful that is?
The POWER OF STEPPING UP
Well guess what?
Some people emailed me saying that its unfair
I sent out a sale DURING a UFC and they weren’t
checking their email and only 5 people were allowed in
Well guess what.. thats life
This is the part where Im guessing you think
I’m going to try and “sell you” a Rich Fighter

Well I’m NOT. Those 5 spaces are gone
And they’re not coming back
I hope you understand the power of todays email
You never get a second chance
There are no do overs…
I had to learn this the hard way but I take responsibility
for EVERYTHING in my life..
