While there’s something to be said for developing mental toughness and perspective and making sacrifices… let’s be honest.. we ALL want the fastest EASIEST way to lose weight and gain muscle possible.
In my journey to 6 pack abs I’ve come across a lot of AWESOME ways to eat what you want and still lose weight..These are great for when you;re in a hurry or don’t feel like cooking!
Without further adieu ..here are 5 secret junk foods that will get you skinny!
Let’s start it off with the junk food that surprised me the MOST
5. Taco Bell
A lot of people don’t know this but Taco Bell has an ENTIRE menu devoted to being under 9 grams of fat.. it’s called the FRESCO MENU… My favorite item on there is the Fresco Grilled Steak Taco with only 4.5 grams of fat and 160 calories. I get 2 at a time.

4. Quaker Chocolate Chunk Granola Bars
These little bad boys kept me from going crazy for the LONGEST!

3. Buffalo Chicken
Hey if you’re like me.. you LOVE chicken fingers and wings! We’ll now you can get that same great taste with only a FRACTION of the calories..
Here’s how.. Subway recently introduced Buffalo Chicken subs and guess what.. they’re on the under 7 grams of fat or less menu.. I get mine with fat free honey mustard instead of ranch and since spicy foods have been proven to burn calories I get jalapenos too! Super spicy!
If you can’t part from the ranch dressing they have low fat ranch as well.
Oh and Subway just introduced low fat breakfasts.. So now you can get a steak and egg breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and start the day off skinny!

2. Applebees
I watched Taladega Nights with Rick Bobby (Will Ferrel) and I thought the thing to do was get KICKED OUT of Applebee’s but since they introduced their under 550 calorie menu I’ve come to realize the thing to do is get skinny there!
You can get shimp in pasta sauce or a 7 ounce steak plus a lot more all for under 550 calories each..
